BioAuraGen and Hebei Taihe Chunyu Biotechnology Announce Exclusive Global Licensing Agreement for Next-Generation Multi-Modality CAR-T Therapies
BELLEVUE, Wash. & SHIJIAZHUANG, China – May 26th, 2026 – BioAuraGen, Inc. (“BioAuraGen”), a Delaware corporation operating in Bellevue, Washington, and Hebei Taihe Chunyu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (“Taihe”), an innovative biotechnology corporation based in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei, PRC, today announced the execution of an exclusive Collaboration and License Agreement.
Under the terms of the agreement, Taihe has granted BioAuraGen an exclusive license to research, develop, manufacture, and commercialize CAR-T CD70/BCMA and CAR-T CD70/CLL-1 products, including their derivatives and associated Licensed Technology.
Key Highlights of the Agreement:
Therapeutic Scope: The license covers the development and commercialization of dual-targeting CAR-T therapies (CD70/BCMA and CD70/CLL-1), excluding In-Vivo products.
Pipeline Expansion Via Derivatives: Leveraging Taihe’s proprietary technology, BioAuraGen intends to expand the pipeline beyond cell therapies to develop advanced product derivatives, specifically T-cell engagers (TCE) and antibody-drug conjugates (ADC).
Geographic Territory: BioAuraGen secures exclusive rights for all global territories outside of the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Macau Special Administrative Region.
